Returning once again to Minnesota—the North Star State—the program will challenge attendees to become the steady force their teams rely on amid change and uncertainty. Sessions will center on aligning teams around shared goals, improving decision-making, and driving measurable results.

“Strong leadership directly impacts safety, efficiency, and long-term success in the grain and grain processing industries,” said John Caupert, GEAPS CEO. “This conference is designed to help leaders sharpen their skills, strengthen their teams, and confidently guide their organizations forward.”

Attendees will leave with practical leadership tools they can implement immediately, a stronger understanding of how their role directly impacts business performance, and increased confidence in making both operational and strategic decisions. Equally important, networking opportunities will provide valuable time for making peer connections that extend beyond the conference.

Registration is currently open with early-bird pricing in effect now through June 23rd. GEAPS members attend for $275, and non-members attend for $475 with the early-bird discount. To register and view additional program information, visit www.geaps.com/leadershipconference.
